I am a certified and registered yoga teacher with over 20 years of counseling experience working with families. Yoga has given me both physical and mental health and I want to share this path toward physical and mental wellness with others. We can all feel amazing in our body and enjoy a peaceful mind. Breath awareness, mindful movements, strategies for focusing the mind, and relaxation exercises are incorporated into the yoga classes I lead.
